By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms of this Returns & Refunds Policy.


1. 30-Day Return Policy

Trimcoo accepts eligible return requests within 30 days of delivery.

If you are not satisfied with a product purchased from our official website, you may contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must generally be:

  • Purchased from our official website
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Clean and in acceptable return condition
  • Returned with the original packaging, accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase
  • Approved through our return authorization process before being sent back

Please do not send any product back before receiving return instructions from us.


2. Hygiene and Personal Care Product Notice

Trimcoo products are personal grooming products and may come into contact with hair, skin, or body areas.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used grooming products may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

This may include, but is not limited to:

  • Used shavers
  • Used trimmers
  • Used head shavers
  • Used body groomers
  • Used blades
  • Used foils
  • Used cutter heads
  • Opened or used cleaning cartridges
  • Opened or used cleaning solution
  • Accessories that have been used or are not in clean condition

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet hygiene, safety, or return condition requirements.


3. Bundles and Sets

If you purchased a bundled package or grooming system set, the full bundle must be returned together.

We are unable to accept partial returns for individual products, accessories, blades, refills, or components that were sold as part of a bundle.

For example, if you purchased a shaver and cleaning station set, both the shaver and cleaning station, along with all included accessories, must be returned together if the return is approved.


4. Products Purchased from Other Channels

This Returns & Refunds Policy applies only to products purchased directly from our official website.

If you purchased a Trimcoo product from Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, another marketplace, or an authorized retailer, please follow the return policy of the original sales channel.

Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, second-hand channels, resale platforms, or unofficial retailers may not be covered by this Returns & Refunds Policy.


5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

  • Photos or videos showing the problem
  • Photos of the package and shipping label, if applicable

After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement, replacement parts, a refund, or another appropriate solution depending on the situation.

Please follow the return instructions carefully. Trimcoo is not responsible for returned packages that are lost, delayed, damaged, or sent to the wrong address.

8. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or unless the return is caused by our error.

If a replacement is approved due to a product defect or shipping error, Trimcoo may cover the shipping cost for the replacement depending on the situation and destination.


9. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refunds may exclude:

10. Exchanges

At this time, we may not process direct exchanges for all products or regions.

If you need a different product, model, or item, you may return the eligible product for a refund and place a new order.

13. Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Additional shipping fees may apply if the order needs to be reshipped.

Original shipping fees may not be refundable in these cases.
