2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the countries and regions available at checkout.

If your country or region is not available during checkout, we may not currently support shipping to your location.

Trimcoo is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or handed over to the carrier.


7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated at checkout.

Trimcoo is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

11. Failed Delivery or Returned Packages

Additional shipping fees may apply if the order needs to be reshipped.

Original shipping fees may not be refundable in these cases.
