1. 2-Year Limited Warranty
Trimcoo products are covered by a 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty applies to eligible Trimcoo grooming devices purchased from Trimcoo.com or authorized Trimcoo retailers.
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
2. What This Warranty Covers
This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.
Covered issues may include:
- Motor failure
- Charging issues
- Battery malfunction
- Display or indicator malfunction
- Cleaning station malfunction
- Product not powering on under normal use
- Manufacturing defects not caused by misuse, accident, or improper handling
If your product has a covered defect during the warranty period, Trimcoo may provide troubleshooting support, replacement parts, a product replacement, or another appropriate solution based on the issue.
3. What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover damage or issues caused by:
- Misuse or improper use
- Accidental damage, drops, or impact
- Unauthorized repair, modification, or disassembly
- Improper cleaning or maintenance
- Use not in accordance with the product manual
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect product performance
- Damage caused by incompatible accessories, liquids, or cleaning solutions
- Damage caused by improper voltage, charging adapters, or power sources
- Loss, theft, or missing products after confirmed delivery
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or second-hand channels
This warranty does not cover any damage caused by using the product outside its intended purpose.
4. Consumable Parts
Consumable parts are not covered by the standard 2-year limited warranty unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Consumable parts may include:
- Blades
- Foils
- Cutter heads
- Cleaning cartridges
- Cleaning solution
- Replacement accessories
- Protective caps
- Cleaning brushes
Because these parts naturally wear over time, they may need to be replaced periodically to maintain the best grooming performance.
5. Waterproof and Cleaning Notice
Some Trimcoo products may be designed with water-resistant or waterproof features. Please always follow the instructions in the product manual.
Water resistance does not mean the product can be used or stored in any water-related condition.
This warranty does not cover water damage caused by improper use, incorrect charging after washing, failure to dry the product properly, or use beyond the product’s stated water-resistance rating.
6. Battery and Charging Notice
Battery and charging-related issues caused by manufacturing defects may be covered under this warranty.
However, this warranty does not cover battery or charging issues caused by:
- Use of an incompatible charger or power adapter
- Exposure to extreme temperatures
- Water damage
- Physical damage
- Long-term improper storage
- Unauthorized repair or modification
To help protect battery life, please use the product according to the instructions in the product manual.
7. How to Start a Warranty Claim

Providing clear photos or videos helps us review your claim faster.

9. Replacement Products and Parts

A replacement product or part does not restart the original warranty period.

Depending on your location and the specific issue, Trimcoo may cover the shipping cost for replacement parts or replacement products.
In some cases, customers may be responsible for shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, or other fees related to warranty service.

11. Warranty Limitations
This warranty is provided only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
This warranty applies only to products used for personal, household grooming purposes.
Products used for commercial, professional, rental, or resale purposes may not be covered by this warranty.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Trimcoo is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the product.

Warranty service is mainly intended to support eligible product defects after purchase, while returns and refunds are handled according to our return policy.
